CODE OH ETHICS
In its Code of Ethics, TEA TEK identifies the set of principles and lines of behavior that must be followed by directors, employees and collaborators in the context of their respective functions and work activities. The constant application of the values of diligence, correctness and loyalty is the driving wheel of the company.
MODEL of organization, management and control (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231)
The TEA TEK Group has built its reputation over time on the basis of the daily use of key ideals: compliance with ethical standards defined by laws, regulations and codes of conduct.
The TEA TEK with the adoption of the Organizational, management and control model formalizes the commitment to respect human rights, not only of its employees and collaborators but also of all those who work in the supply chain, contributing to the creation of business value.
INTEGRATED POLICY
TEA TEK undertakes to pursue an Integrated Policy that places the Customer and Employees at the center of its activities, in full compliance with the laws and regulations governing the quality of the products and services offered, the environmental aspects and the health and safety of workers.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
In line with the provisions of the Code of Ethics, the Social Responsibility Policy of TEA TEK confirms the corporate commitment to achieve the highest ethical standards and sustainable business development, respecting and implementing the principles of the International Standard SA8000 in the corporate context, in compliance with the applicable legal provisions and the main international conventions on human rights and workers’ rights.
SA8000 SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
The suppliers of goods and services of the TEA TEK Group are required to observe and adhere to the requirements set out in the Supplier Code of Conduct, which the companies of the TEA TEK Group are the first to put into practice and undertake to satisfy. These rules integrate what is required by applicable laws and regulations.
REPORTS MANAGEMENT
In the Management of Reports procedure, TEA TEK describes how to report irregularities and suspicious behaviour that may represent a violation of the standards, principles and rules of conduct contained in the Code of Ethics, as well as the provisions contained in the 231 Organisational Model and the Company’s Management System. For TEA TEK, in fact, it is important that any violation is brought to its attention as soon as possible in order to have a better chance of preventing risks or serious damage to the company, employees, the environment, Group companies and other stakeholders
