In the Management of Reports procedure, TEA TEK regulates the process of receiving, analyzing and managing the reports transmitted by whistleblowers in order to report illicit phenomena and suspicious behavior, irregularities in business conduct, acts or facts that may constitute a violation of national and European standards, principles and rules of conduct contained in the Code of Ethics, as well as the provisions contained in the 231 Organizational Model adopted by the Company TEA TEK SpA. This procedure applies for the Companies TEA TEK SpA and TEK SOLAR Srl.

The Whistleblowing Reporting System complies with the regulatory provisions of Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, EU Directive 2019/1937 and Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023.
