SCADA for the management of a drying plant
We have created this SCADA system for the management of a thermal drying system of the sludge resulting from a purifier.
It will allow to reduce the volume of solid wet products, removing their water until obtaining percentages of dry matter higher than 90%.
The system is controlled by a programmable logic unit (PLC) combined with a supervision system (SCADA).
The PLC commands and controls all the users present on the system, while the supervision system is the interface between the operator and the PLC and allows you to view and / or modify the parameters relating to the process, as well as any alarms and / or causes of malfunction present on the system.
The SCADA development environment is Movicon 11.6 by Progea
The PLC development environment is Unity PRO S by Schneider
